General Terms and Conditions for Consumers
Welcome to My Bus Food! Our app allows you to order food and drinks from our affiliated coach companies during your bus ride. You simply scan the QR code located on and in the coach, create an account, order and the coach company’s host will make sure your order is delivered to you.
These “Terms and Conditions for Consumers” apply between consumer and My Bus Food when the consumer purchases an order through My Bus Food’s app.
Account: Registration through an account with your profile information so you can place orders through the app.
Offer: the range of food and beverages and care of their ordering and payment which is offered by the coach companies through the My Bus Food platform.
App: the mobile application (app) where you can order food and drinks from the coach companies.
Order: an order placed by you as a consumer on the app with the coach company.
Payment: You can make payments through the payment options offered by our app: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and on account.
Consumer: you as a customer who takes an order from the coach company via the app.
Services My Bus Food: enabling you to order food and beverages from our affiliated coach companies, by, among other things, displaying the offerings through the app and forwarding orders to the coach companies creating a contract between you and the coach company.
Host: the employee of the coach company who takes care of your order.
My Bus Food: the company My Bus Food offering the app is located at Ruys de Beerenbroucklaan 3C, 6417 CC in Heerlen and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 80118186 and our VAT number is NL003401134B60.
Agreement: once you place an order through the app, you enter into an agreement with the coach company that provides for you to purchase and pay for your order and for the host to prepare, care for and deliver the order.
Products: the food and drinks offered by the coach companies through the app.
Coach company: the coach company affiliated with My Bus Food that prepares food and beverages and with which you enter into the agreement.

My Bus Food can be reached by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: +31 619323079 between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will be happy to assist you.
My Bus Food is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 80118186 and our VAT number is NL003401134B60.
3. Applicability of General Terms and Conditions for Consumers.
These terms and conditions apply only to the Services My Bus Food. My Bus Food is not responsible for the Offer, including the (quality of the) order and its delivery. We provide you with the App and the ability to order food and drinks from a Coach Company and ensure that through the App your order is forwarded to the Coach Company.
When you place an Order through our App, you enter into an Agreement with your selected Coach Company. That Agreement is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Ordering from Coach Companies.
By using our App, you declare that you are familiar with and agree to the contents of these General Terms and Conditions for Consumers (hereinafter: Consumer Terms and Conditions)and our Privacy Statement.
If any provision of these Consumer Terms and Conditions is null and void or is voided, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The replacement provision(s) will approximate the purpose and scope of the void or voided provision as much as possible.
The provisions of these Consumer Terms and Conditions may only be deviated from in writing. In that case, the other provisions remain fully applicable.

4. Offering Products
In My Bus Food’s App, you will find all the information about our affiliated Coach Companies and the range of food and beverages offered by the Coach Companies. My Bus Food has no control over, is not responsible and is not liable for the content of the Offering. My Bus Food ensures that the information from the particular Coach Company you wish to order from is clear, so that you have sufficient information to enter into an Agreement. Also to possibly contact the Tour Company for questions about food and beverages and ingredients.
5. How to Register and Delete Account
When you download our App and want to use the Services My Bus Food, you register by creating an Account according to the steps mentioned by My Bus Food.
You can create the Account by completing the following steps:
Download the App from the Play Store or App Store.
Click on “Register.
Enter your first and last name, email address, mobile number, address, zip code and city and password in the appropriate fields.
Please read our Consumer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement, because by registering you agree to this.
You will then receive an email from My Bus Food confirming your registration by clicking on the link provided therein.
You can now log in with your account information as you entered it during registration.
You can view and change your Account by clicking on ‘settings’ and then ‘My Account’ in the App. These are visible only to you.
Orders are paid for via a secure connection via iDEAL, credit card and PayPal or on account. When you order on account, you pay cash to the Host before you arrive at your final destination. You agree to the terms and conditions of those respective parties when paying via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal.
If you want to delete your Account, to do so go to ‘settings’ in ‘My Account’. Then your Account will be deactivated for 14 days. If you log in within those 14 days, your deactivation will be canceled. Once 14 days have passed, your Account will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation of this at your e-mail address. For the consequences of deleting your account information, please read our Privacy Statement.
6. Conditions of Registration Account
Your Account is personal. Therefore, you keep your password to yourself and that is your responsibility.
The information you enter is true and correct.
Your password contains at least 10 characters, with at least 1 number, 1 character and 1 capital letter included.
7. The Agreement between Consumer and the Coach Company.
The Agreement with a Coach Company comes into effect once you have clicked ‘Pay’ in the App and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Coach Company. This makes the Order final.
Once you have placed the Order you will receive a confirmation of it from us via the App.
The Touring Company then receives a notification that an Order has been placed and starts preparing the food and/or beverage you ordered.
In the App, you can find the status of your Order on the ‘Orders’ page. In order to keep the status up-to-date, you need to be easily accessible via the contact information you provide (phone number/email).
In order to process the Order correctly, the Host of the Coach Company requires certain information provided by you such as your last name and the seat number where you sit on the coach. It is therefore important that you pay close attention and have entered these details correctly.
If the information you entered turns out to be incorrect, the Touring Company may not be able to properly take your Order and cancel it. See also the explanation in Article 8.
Possible transaction fees will be listed in the My Bus Food app.
For an Order containing alcoholic beverages or other Products with an age limit, you must identify yourself as required by law: you must be at least 18 years of age and older. Both while ordering and while delivering alcoholic beverages or other Products with an age limit, please identify yourself. If you do not do this, or if it is found upon delivery that you are not the minimum age as required by law, you will not receive the alcoholic beverages or other Products. The possible cancellation costs incurred by the Coach Company as a result and at least the value of the alcoholic beverages or other Products with an age limit will be borne by you.
8. Cancellation and/or dissolution of the Agreement.
The option to cancel your order or rescind the concluded Agreement with a Coach Company is reserved to the respective Coach Company. You should contact the Coach Company for this purpose. My Bus Food has no control over that.
As briefly explained above, a Coach Company may cancel your order if it turns out that you have provided incorrect information. In addition, a Coach Company may cancel your order due to an unforeseen circumstance (for example, the Product is not available) or force majeure (for example, there is a flood).
If you place a non-valid Order via the App (for example, by providing incorrect contact information or by failing to pay) or otherwise fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein or following from the Agreement, My Bus Food has the right to refuse future orders from you.
On behalf of the Coach Company, My Bus Food may refuse future orders and cancel an Agreement with you if there is strong suspicion that the information or Order entered is incorrect. Report to the police may possibly follow if the Order is apparently false or fraudulent.
After you place your Order you can pay for it through the payment options iDEAL, credit card, PayPal that we offer you in our App through a secure connection. In addition, you can pay on account.
A possible chargeback of the payment if you pay via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal will always take place on the same account with which you made the payment. Depending on the payment method used, the chargeback may take several business days.
Complaints about a Coach Company’s service can be made through both https://mybusfood.com/klantenservice/klachten/ and through the App on the help page via ‘submit complaint’. Here you describe as specifically as possible what the complaint consists of so that the Coach Company can respond appropriately.
We will then forward the complaint to the Coach Company who will respond to your complaint no later than 72 hours and hopefully resolve it to your satisfaction.
My Bus Food only provides a platform for offering the Offer and is not a party to the contact between you and the Coach Company.
In My Bus Food’s App, you will find all the information about our affiliated Coach Companies and the range of food and beverages offered by the Coach Companies. My Bus Food has no influence on, is not responsible for and is not liable for the content of the Offer and the complete handling of the Order. By this we mean, among other things, the Products’ Offer, their delivery and the times of delivery. My Bus Food ensures that information is available from the particular Touring Company you order from so that you have sufficient information to enter into an Agreement or to contact the Touring Company with questions, for example, about ingredients used or an Order.
My Bus Food is in no way liable for the damage you suffer when a Coach Company does not (correctly) fulfill the Agreement concluded with you.
My Bus Food accepts no liability if the App is (temporarily) unavailable.
The potential liability that My Bus Food could be charged is maximized to the amount paid by insurance to My Bus Food in that particular case.

Both My Bus Food and the Coach Companies process personal data about you. To that end, the parties are each separately responsible for that processing under current law. In doing so, the Touring Company also bears a responsibility that is not the responsibility of My Bus Food if the Touring Company handles personal data carelessly. This applies even if the Coach Company is a joint processor with My Bus Food.
13. Modification of Consumer Terms and Conditions.
My Bus Food may change its terms and conditions from time to time. The amended Consumer Terms and Conditions will be applicable once published via the App. Once you place an order through the App, you thereby accept the applicability of the amended Consumer Terms and Conditions.
